Most programs that display such documents as PDF files, word processing files or Web pages have a "search for" integrated tool that allows users, quickly search the document for instances of a specific word.
This feature is in some applications as progressed in others. Type the word in the search box and click the button "Play highlight".
Choose "Select all" and Word highlights all instances in the document and total number of results in the dialog box appears.

Press "Shift" + "CTRL" + "F" to open the complete research panel.
Type the word, that in the search box and click on "Search" to display the total number of instances of the word in the document.
