Open Word Perfect 8, by clicking on the icon on your desktop or from the start menu.
Create a form
Open Word Perfect 8, by clicking on the icon on your desktop or from the start menu.
Click "Tools" from the toolbar at the top of the window, and select "merge".
Create your main document in the new window.
Create a data file
Click the button "go data" in the mail merge toolbar.
Click on "OK" to continue.
Click "Close" and "Save".
Merge documents.
Click the "Go to Form" button on the mail merge toolbar.
Click "add field" button and select the field suitable for this position.
Add spaces and punctuation where it is required between the first and last name. Repeat this process until all the merge fields in the correct fields are inserted.Click "Merge" in the toolbar button.
