Copy the code from one document to another in WordPerfect.

Each WordPerfect document contains hidden code known as the formatting codes tell your computer how to display and print the specific document.

Formatting codes are in bold italic and left/right justification of the text. Encoding is part of the document during the process of "Save". It is possible to copy a WordPerfect document codes to another. This is ideal if you have some formatting that you want to use in another document or check same documents. Level of difficulty: Moderately easy

Instructions

    WordPerfect open, by clicking "Start", "All programs" and "WordPerfect"

Click "File" and "open". Navigate to and double-click the document that contains the code you want to copy.

    Click "View" and "Show code" to display the hidden document code.

  • "Reveal codes" window appears at the bottom of the screen.

    Click the code within the window "Reveal codes" that you want to copy to another document.

  • The code is highlighted. You can also highlight the words, before and after the code in the actual document select the encoding.

    Click "Edit" and "Copy".

  • Will copy the code or the code words "Clipboard computer."

    Click "File" and "open".

  • Navigate to and double-click the document you want to paste the copied code. Click in this document on "View" and "Show code" to display the code, hidden.

    Click the location in the second document where you place the code möc

  • want. > click "Ed" and then "Paste." Switch back to the original document additional codes to copy and move into the second document to insert the code.
