Analysis of a PDF document will give you a picture of your text document.

This can be nice, if you want to place the image in your Word document. However, if you want to be entered in a position to change the text than you would in your document, you need optical recognition (OCR) software characters. Several scanners include this technology in the package to install, if you set your scanner. It compares light and dark areas on the scanned images stored text document and produces a string of letters and numbers in a file. Level of difficulty: Moderately easy

   Place your document in the scanner.

Select the software that corresponds to the monitor to the computer, use the connected.

Make sure that the settings the image to convert a text (.txt) or file instead of an image format (.jpg) and where will the computer file insert rich text (RTF), once the analysis is complete.
