Assume all changes in Office 2007

If you work with a Microsoft Office Word 2007 document, can someone else to check and change the document with the track changes feature.

This feature allows the reviewer comments and changes are highlighted throughout the document. You can accept or reject the changes that were made. All changes can be accepted for a time if you accept each edition. Difficulty: easy

    Open the Microsoft Word 2007 file on your computer contains all changes that you want to accept.

    Click Ribbon menu on "Review" top page tab and choose "Continue" in the group "Changes".

    Click the "Next" button to check all feedback, until you accept at the same time.

  • 4

    Click the arrow next to "Accept" option and then click on the option "Accept all changes in document."

  • Then all changes are accepted.
  • 5

    Click "Microsoft Office", and then click "Save" button to save the changes.
