How to use Word, create a certificate project

Microsoft Word can perfect for teams to collaborate on projects such as research, business proposals and annual bulletin, but the software is also an option to reward the efforts of this team.

    Open Microsoft Word.

Click the tab "File" at the top of the screen. Select "new". Click the button "award certificates" screen "Models available."

  • Review the certificate options. All certificates can be fully customized. Double-click certificate and in a few moments, it opens on the screen of Word.

    In the placeholder in the section "Name" of the certificate, and then the name of the project.

    Type the date for the rows included in the certificate.

    Select the line "Name and title presenter" on the certificate and the type directly above with the name of the person the the project, the current company or the person who monitors the certificate.

    Highlight the words of the placeholder on the certificate relating to the allocation and give a line o

    Click the "Insert" at the top of the screen tab.

  • Click on the button "Image" tab go to a company logo and double-click the file name. Drag the logo in the place on the certificate.

    Click the "Page layout" tab at the top of the screen.

  • Click "Topics", the first option on the left side of the Ribbon/toolbar, tab click on one of the color as the company or change game project colours and colours of the certificate corresponds to.

    Click the "File" and select "Save as".

  • Type a name for the certificate and save it on your computer.
