MS Word contains the built-in tags (tags) and works hand in hand with Outlook.
If you enter a smart tag that recognizes the word on your page, stroke is added to your text a dashed underline. The action day icon appears when you hover over the text of the tag. Choose from a variety of options in the day. For example, if you enter a name of a person, you can add your Outlook contacts. Smart tags are enabled by default. Select the "linguistic review" in the "Word Options" and click the "AutoCorrect options."
Select the tab "Tags" in the "Correction" dialog box.
Check you "text with smart tags add" and select the tags you want to use MS Word to identify the list of the "recognizers."
Click tag to make icon on "see action day active" at the bottom of dialog visible.
Implementing smart tags
Place the cursor where you want to use a day and a type in one of detected words as a person's name.
Place the pointer over the text highlighted, as long as a symbol
Click on "Send email" to send the person in the smart tag email.
Click on "Schedule a meeting" to open
Click "Open contact" to view the contact information you have on file in Outlook.
"Add contact" to the person to your address book, click Add.
Click on "Address" to add the address of the person to your document.
Click on "This day allows delete" remove individual smart tags.
Click "Stop detect", if the person as active day.
Click on "smart tag options", to change your existing tags.
