How do to save a Microsoft Word document for formatting changes & Markup not displayed when re-opening.

Tracked changes in Microsoft Word 2007 feature can add or remove text and formatting in your document, all show clearly how these changes affect your original work.To that record a document so that these changes are no longer visible when you navigate in the future to the document change, you must accept or reject changes that.

    Choose the band "Review."

    Click the "Accept" to the first amendment to approve click that appears in the document.

  • If you do not agree with this Edition, you can instead click on the button "Denial."

    Repeat the step above for each issue of the document or when you approve or reject all changes at the same time want to, click the down arrow to "Accept all changes to the document" or "Reject all changes in the document."

    Click the Microsoft Office button, and select "Save".

  • If you want to keep a copy of the document with tracked changes, use the function save, and save a new copy of the document. This will leave the original with the markup.
