How: 3 X 5 cards print

Many word processing programs allow the output of print, customize, so can sections of different sizes which can be cut into sections or cards.

   Start your word processor like Microsoft Word, OpenOffice or Apple pages software.

Click "File" in the upper left corner of the word processing program, and choose "new".

Click on "File" and select "Page setup".

Looking for a "paper size" parameter according to the word processing program include a drop-down menu or link options, click "More options".

Select "3 x 5 inch", which can be listed as "Fact Sheet" or "Map 3 x 5"

The new blank document resize automatically adjust text to the new size.

Once click "Page setup" and select "Landscape" page get the standard index map orientation.

An individual will map index in word processing, but when you print each "page". On some processors when you print, get the option to print multiple cards index on a single page. Choose this installation of six to eight cards per page to reduce paper consumption.
