Word 2000 documents have an extension file DOC while models have an extension of the DOT.
You can convert a template or from scratch a document existing. MS Word contains fields that can be used as a placeholder for editable information. For example, you can keep letter of someone date, name and address in a model. In contrast to a document, you write the model when you save the file. Type the text you want to include add desired the spaced lines, paragraphs, and lists.
