In Microsoft Word 2007 there are around two ways to move between the pages of your document without excessive scrolling.
The easiest way with a link to keyboard, but not everyone to memorize a number of keyboard shortcuts to navigate through your documents quickly and efficiently. "Office" button and choose "Word Options".

Select "Custom" in the list on the right.

Choose "Page Up" from the list of commands.
The command "Page Down" can also be chosen and can navigate forward through the document.
Click "Add" to the command to the right list, click Add.
Click "OK". The new command should now appear on the taskbar for quick access for future use.
