How to dump the information into Word documents

Microsoft Office Word are users who save way to create, and edit Word documents with numerous formatting and editing tools.

If you use a paper with sensitive information that is often distributed, cleaning is required. An purge is your document all metadata and the changes in it may have to remove it so that other people that open can not see the previous data in the document. Level of difficulty: Moderately easy

    Download and install the add-in "remove hidden data" (see "References") Microsoft Download Center.

    Start "Word", and then open the document you want to revise.

  • 3

    Select "Remove hidden data" from the "File" menu

  • The document will be deleted from all hidden data.
