Instead of copying the text of a document, then paste it into Word, you can add documentation for Microsoft Word 2007 files more.
In earlier versions of Microsoft Word, would the command "Insert file" for this purpose but changed the name of the command to "Text file" in Microsoft Word 2007. Level of difficulty: Moderately easyInstructions- 1
Click the section in the document, Word 2007, in which you want to insert the text from another file.

Click the "Insert" tab
Click the arrow next to "Object" in the "Text" group, and select "Text file".
Find the file you "insert file in the dialog box" available put that opens to and double-click it.
