Set the value of a Word field Microsoft spreadsheet

The data in an Excel spreadsheet and a Word document are not mutually exclusive.

Values from an Excel worksheet can be easily exported to Word documents, even if part of a field which is want special data in Word. Import and paste Excel values in a field in Word to use data on different platforms to create related documents. Difficulty: easy

Instructions

    Click the cell in the Excel spreadsheet that you want to export in the Word document.

Select the check box "Copy" from the context menu on.

    Click once on the ground in the Word document where you want to insert the value of Excel.

  • The box is shaded in gray area.
  • 3

    Click the location in the domain where you want to insert the value.

  • Click appear on the button for the popup. Choose "Paste" from the menu.
  • 4

    Click a location on the Word document outside of the box.

  • The field is no longer gray shaded area.
